This Privacy Policy describes how Axon Learning ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the NurseReady — NCLEX Flashcards mobile application ("the App").

Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address through Firebase Authentication. We use this to create and manage your account.

Study data. We store your study progress, quiz scores, level progression, flashcard activity, bookmarks, and NCLEX exam date in Google Firestore. This data is tied to your account so your progress is preserved across sessions and devices.

Subscription data. If you purchase a subscription, RevenueCat processes the transaction and provides us with your subscription status (active, expired, free trial). We do not receive or store your payment card details. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

AI feature data. When you use the AI Tutor, AI-generated flashcards, or AI Tests, the prompts and responses are processed by our AI provider and stored in your account history so you can review past sessions.

How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the App's features
• To track your study progress and personalize content
• To manage your subscription and entitlements
• To respond to support requests and feedback

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore) — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• RevenueCat (subscription management) — https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
• Apple App Store / Google Play (payment processing) — governed by Apple's and Google's privacy policies

Data Retention

We retain your account and study data for as long as your account is active. If you want your data deleted, contact us at the email below and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for nursing students and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and Firebase's built-in security rules. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
